Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer with extensive experience in Data Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in developing data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions on data engineering concepts and practical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth training sessions on data pipeline development, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
  • Provide hands-on training in Python, Java, or Scala programming languages.
  • Offer expert guidance on database systems and SQL.
  • Train participants on big data technologies, including Hadoop and Spark.
  • Introduce and teach the usage of data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, including presentations, manuals, and guides.
  • Assess and evaluate the progress of trainees, providing feedback and additional resources as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data engineering and incorporate them into the training curriculum.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in data engineering roles, with a focus on data pipeline development, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Strong understanding of database systems and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a training or teaching role is highly desirable.

  • US Shift (06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST)
