Key duties and responsibilities

  • Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom applications/webpages/reports etc in MRI and integrations within the other Software platform
  • Focused on real estate and property management solutions.
  • Configure and support MRI modules (Property Management, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc.) based on client business needs.
  • Develop and manage integrations with third-party tools like REST APIs and enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Create and maintain scripts, reports, and automation routines to improve system efficiency. Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing technical support to internal users.

Qualification and Experience

  • Qualification- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • 3+ years' experience developing or configuring MRI Software solutions, with a focus on real estate management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of real estate operations, including lease administration, property management, and accounting workflows.
  • Proficiency with SQL, stored procedures, and REST APIs Experience integrating MRI with third-party platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Yardi etc).
  • MS .NET
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of real estate operations, including lease administration, property management, and accounting workflows.
  • Proficiency with SQL, stored procedures, and REST APIs Experience integrating MRI with third-party platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Yardi etc).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
