ROLE: -   Engineer – Document Controller SALARY: -   UPTO 5 LPA LOCATION: -    Hyderabad QUALIFICATION: -   Diploma or BE/ BTech in Mechanical / Electrical engineering  EXPERIENCE: -    Min 3 years of experience in document control, preferably in a planning role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create, manage and maintain a comprehensive document control system for planning documents and records.
• Review, approve & distribute documents to ensure compliance with project requirements, specification& standards.
• Receive, track, and file all project planning documents, including schedules, reports, diagrams, and other project documentation.
• Ensure that all documentation is appropriately classified and coded for easy retrieval.
• Maintain a central repository for all project documentation, &ensure that it is accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that all documentation is properly version-controlled and up-to-date, and that obsolete documents are disposed of appropriately.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. 
• Respond to requests for information from internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, auditors, and clients. 
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
PREFERRED SKILLS · Degree in a relevant field, such as project management, business administration, or engineering. · At least 3 years of experience in document control, preferably in a planning role. · Strong understanding of project planning processes, documentation requirements, and standards. · Proficient in document management software such as Microsoft SharePoint and Documentum. · Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. · Knowledge of relevant regulations & standards, such as ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, would be an advantage · Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project · Candidates with knowledge of advance Excel features, interactive dash board making is preferred.
