Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
HR Team Lead
specialized in
Recruitment
to join our growing team at IFAS EdTech. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes, leading a small HR team, and ensuring timely and quality hiring across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Utilize multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, campus drives, and referrals for sourcing.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports for management review.

Train and mentor junior HR recruiters in recruitment best practices.

Coordinate with management for workforce planning and manpower forecasting.

Stay updated with industry trends and innovative hiring techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–4 years of experience
in recruitment (preferably in the EdTech or related industry).

Proven ability to lead a recruitment team.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and job portals.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.
