Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive for our International Voice and Non-Voice team at our Bangalore location. As a full-time employee, you will be a vital part of our customer service unit, engaging with a diverse clientele to ensure impeccable service and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fluent English Communication (Mandatory skill) to interact effectively with our international clientele.
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software to efficiently manage customer interactions and data.
  • Strong real-time problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Ability to multitask, managing various channels of communication simultaneously without loss of quality.
  • Skillful in conflict resolution to handle challenging interactions constructively and empathetically.
  • Experience in cross-cultural communication to cater to a global customer base with varied needs.
  • Competence in customer support to provide comprehensive and client-focused service delivery.
  • Previous experience in international voice support to engage with customers over voice channels effectively.

  • Respond to international customer inquiries and requests via voice and non-voice channels with clarity and professionalism.
  • Manage customer interactions using CRM software to keep accurate records and follow up diligently.
  • Deliver quick resolutions to customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Balance multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of service and accuracy in every interaction.
  • Handle conflicts with a calm demeanor, providing effective solutions and maintaining customer trust.
  • Communicate effectively across cultural boundaries to provide tailored support and engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and enhance team knowledge for better service delivery.
  • Continuously update and improve knowledge on our products and services to better serve our global customers.
