Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Noida. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the pickup and delivery of goods, providing efficient route planning and scheduling, and ensuring timely communication between shippers and carriers. Daily tasks include monitoring shipment statuses, addressing any issues or delays, optimizing delivery schedules, and maintaining accurate records of all dispatch activities. The Dispatcher will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in route planning and scheduling
  • Experience in logistics and transportation management
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience or education in logistics or a related field is a plus
  • Experience minimum 1 year in US dispatch
