Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Sector 27,Gurugram (On-site)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and website-generated leads.
  • Clearly explain product features and benefits, addressing customer queries with empathy.
  • Convert leads into successful orders using a consultative sales approach.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to improve Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Record and maintain accurate data in CRM tools, Shopify, or Unicommerce systems.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with marketing/product teams to enhance customer experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 0–2 years of experience in D2C/B2C sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Comfortable handling 100–150 daily customer interactions (calls, WhatsApp, chats).
  • Proficient in Hindi and English; regional languages are an added advantage.
  • Strong persuasion, listening, and empathy skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • High energy, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic D2C environment.
