We serve wholesalers, retailers, builders, interior designers, contractors, fabricators, and end-users.

We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper who will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and supporting the finance team in smooth operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts including daily data entry, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
  • Record all financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain records of invoices, vouchers, and receipts in an organized manner.
  • Support statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other filings by providing required data to the accounts team.
  • Work closely with internal departments to track expenses and ensure proper allocation of costs.
  • Maintain petty cash transactions and reconciliation.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Generate MIS reports as required by management.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial information.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven work experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
