We are looking for a passionate and results-driven SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, and WordPress management, along with a working knowledge of HTML and CSS. You will be responsible for optimizing our website, improving organic search visibility, driving quality traffic, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research and develop effective SEO strategies.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking for on-page SEO.
  • Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies including link-building, outreach, and guest posting.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements (site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize websites on WordPress, ensuring SEO-friendly structures and plugins.
  • Utilize HTML and CSS for content formatting and technical enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Generate reports on keyword rankings, traffic growth, and SEO performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Google algorithms, SEO trends, and digital marketing practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 months to 1.5 years of proven experience as an SEO Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS.
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS (basic JavaScript is a plus).
  • Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to generate insights from data and implement effective strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience in local SEO, eCommerce SEO, and international SEO.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Data Studio.
  • Knowledge of broader digital marketing strategies such as PPC, content marketing, and social media optimization.
  • Understanding of Core Web Vitals and mobile-first indexing.
