**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Keyword Research & Analysis**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for new content and optimize existing content.
- **On-Page & Off-Page Optimization**: Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and backlinking strategies.
- **SEO Strategy Development**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute an effective SEO strategy to boost organic search visibility and site traffic.
- **Content Optimization**: Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all web content, blog posts, and landing pages are optimized for SEO best practices.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**: Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to monitor website performance, track rankings, and generate regular reports.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and identify opportunities to improve search engine rankings and website visibility.
- **Technical SEO**: Work on technical SEO aspects like site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and structured data implementation.
- **Stay Updated with SEO Trends**: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to continually enhance the SEO strategy.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or related fields, preferably within a product-based IT company.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
- **SEO Knowledge**: Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, on-page/off-page SEO, technical SEO, and link-building techniques.
- **Keyword Research**: Proven experience in conducting keyword research, competition analysis, and content optimization for search engines.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and drive decisions based on analytical findings.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey SEO insights and strategies to non-technical teams.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks and projects.
