Hiring Alert – Application Specialist (Molecular Diagnostics | CBNAAT System) – West Region

 Location: HQ – Mumbai (covering West India)

 Qualification: Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Molecular Biology background preferred

 Experience: 1–3 years in molecular diagnostics, preferably with PCR or CBNAAT-based platforms

 Travel Requirement: 50–60% travel across the West Region

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Application Specialist to join our Molecular Diagnostics team at SD BIOSENSOR.

Role Overview:

The selected candidate will take ownership of the entire West Region, providing technical support for the Molecular CBNAAT platform, ensuring seamless implementation, validation, customer training, troubleshooting, and post-installation support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product demonstrations, training, and application support at customer sites.
  • Coordinate installations and validations.
  • Customer engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Sales support: Conducting product training and assisting with customer presentations/demos.
  • Technical support: Providing efficient technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Application training: Conducting training sessions for customers and end-users.
