About the Role

STS Renewable India is looking for a skilled Zoho Application Developer to join our IT & Digitalization team. In this role, you will design, build, and customize applications using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Deluge scripting. You'll be responsible for automating workflows, integrating third-party services, and ensuring data accuracy across platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our digital transformation journey by delivering scalable, user-friendly applications that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize applications using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Zoho One suite tools.
  • Automate workflows, build dashboards, and integrate third-party systems via Zoho APIs and Deluge scripting.
  • Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Build reports and analytics dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on Zoho platform updates and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of application development experience, with at least 3+ years on Zoho platforms.
  • Strong expertise in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and Zoho One.
  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting, Zoho APIs, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Zoho certifications preferred; Agile/Lean certifications are a plus.
