Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur for an Editor in Chief. The Editor in Chief will be responsible for overseeing the entire editorial process, managing editorial staff, developing editorial policies, and ensuring the quality and integrity of published content. This includes coordinating with authors, reviewing and approving submissions, editing content for clarity and accuracy, and maintaining publishing schedules. The Editor in Chief will also work closely with other departments to uphold the company's mission and standards.

• Editorial skills: Content editing, copy editing, and proofreading
• Management skills: Leadership, team management, and collaboration
• Research skills: Academic research, fact-checking, and verification
• Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication
• Technical skills: Familiarity with digital publishing tools and platforms
• Experience in the academic or educational publishing field
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
