  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
  • Support performance management processes by collecting and analyzing feedback from employees and managers.
  • Assist in HR administrative tasks such as preparing reports, handling employee inquiries, and maintaining HR files.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to improve overall HR processes and practices.
