Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things digital and a proven ability to develop and execute effective online marketing campaigns. This role requires a hands-on approach to content creation (including leveraging AI tools), email marketing, paid advertising, video creation, and graphic design to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
:

Paid Advertising
: Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.

Video Creation & Editing
: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content for marketing purposes (e.g., social media, website, ad campaigns).

• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar mobile/web-based tools).
• Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print marketing materials, including social media posts, website banners, email templates, ad creatives, and presentations.
• Proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva).

Analytics & Reporting
: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email marketing platform reports.

• Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing strategies and improving results.
• Collaboration & Trends: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

WhatsApp Marketing
: Develop and implement WhatsApp marketing strategies for customer communication, promotions, and support, adhering to best practices and platform policies.

App Marketing & Push Notifications:

• Develop and execute comprehensive app marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Manage App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts for both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including keyword research, app description, and visual asset optimization to improve organic discoverability and increase downloads.
• Plan, create, and manage push notification campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization to deliver timely and relevant messages that boost app usage and conversions.
• Analyze key app metrics (e.g., installs, user retention, uninstalls, in-app actions) and push notification performance (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) to optimize campaigns
