Your role is pivotal – you'll elevate your team's skill set, ensure the smooth running of our supply operations, and leave a lasting impact on our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities - Substantial experience in manufacturing, well-versed in 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis. - A strong track record of leadership and team management. - Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience leading factory employees. - Solution-oriented approach to complex challenges, with a focus on process improvement. - Business acumen, paired with expertise in supply chain management and production optimisation.
