As a
Senior Performance Marketing Executive (SPME)

, you will be a key player in developing and executing high-impact paid marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI, leading in-depth keyword research, and using data to refine strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in driving significant traffic, leads, and conversions, while you stay on top of the latest industry trends. 

Job Summary

● Develop, implement, and optimize a variety of paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social (Facebook, Instagram, 

LinkedIn).

● Conduct advanced keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities. 

● Proactively monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and meet business goals. 

● Manage budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources for maximum campaign effectiveness. 

● Create compelling ad copy and lead A/B testing efforts to maximize conversion rates. ● Stay ahead of industry trends and apply best practices in all paid advertising initiatives. 

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content, to align performance marketing strategies with broader digital marketing goals. ●
Ad-hoc Tasks:

Willingly undertake any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Digital Operations (HODO), Associate Head of Digital Operations (AHODO), Digital Operations Manager (DOM), Digital Account Managers (DAMs), and Senior Leadership to support overall team objectives.

Experience:

2+ years of professional experience as a Performance Marketing Executive or a similar role. 

●
Skills:

○ In-depth, hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, paid social (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), and other PPC platforms. ○ Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. 

○ An excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and the entire marketing funnel. 

○ Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and Microsoft Excel. 

○ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
