Overview

We are looking for a full-stack
Senior Performance Marketing Manager

to lead strategy, execution, and optimization across the entire performance funnel — from creative production to conversion. This is a high-impact role for someone who thinks in CAC, ROAS, and funnel velocity, and can bridge creative, technical, and analytical worlds seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities1. Performance Strategy & Execution

  • Own the full-funnel performance marketing roadmap — from awareness to acquisition.
  • Lead campaigns across
    Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

- Define channel-specific KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and hit aggressive monthly targets.

2. Creative Ops & Ad Experience

  • Use
    Figma

Framer

to work with designers to create ad mockups and LPs.
- Build and test high-converting
landing pages, lead forms, and ad creatives
