Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Center Manager to lead our Bandra training center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring quality training delivery, achieving admission targets, and maintaining strong student and parent engagement. This role requires a strong blend of operational efficiency, team leadership, and a passion for education and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Bandra center.

Maintain compliance with ICA operational policies and standards.

Oversee infrastructure maintenance, logistics, and safety of the center.

Business Development & Admissions:

Drive student enrollments by executing local marketing and outreach initiatives in and around Bandra.

Meet monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets.

Conduct student counseling and parent meetings as needed.

Training Delivery Oversight:

Monitor training schedules, trainer performance, and student feedback.

Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with ICA's curriculum and standards.

Coordinate assessments, certifications, and job placement activities.

Team Leadership:

Supervise trainers, counselors, front-office staff, and support teams.

Train and mentor staff to meet performance goals.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Reporting & Coordination:

Maintain accurate records of admissions, attendance, placements, etc.

Prepare periodic reports and share updates with regional managers.

Liaise with ICA's head office and regional teams for compliance and support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
