Job Overview

We are seeking a senior-level Brand Manager to join our team at Satvam Nutrifoods Limited in Ahmedabad. This full-time position requires a strategic thinker passionate about building, positioning, and growing brand equity in the food production sector. The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the Satvam brands success and visibility in a highly competitive market.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in branding, with a demonstrated ability to develop, communicate, and implement brand strategies across diverse channels (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong experience in crafting, overseeing, and measuring brand strategy initiatives that drive market growth and positioning (Mandatory skill).
  • Extensive knowledge of techniques to enhance and track brand awareness, ensuring market dominance and unique value proposition (Mandatory skill).
  • Practical know-how in digital marketing campaigns and platforms, leveraging online tools for effective audience reach and engagement.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to relay brand vision and strategies to teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Successful track record in brand development, from inception to execution, focusing on establishing consumer trust and loyalty.
  • Familiarity with content strategy management, developing and curating content that aligns with the brands voice and goals.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to refine brand strategies and maximize business impact.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies aligned with Satvams core values and business objectives.
  • Drive brand awareness through innovative campaigns and partnerships to ensure strong market presence and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives to promote the brand across multiple online platforms.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and KPIs, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in product offerings, communications, and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with content creators and design teams to maintain a cohesive and authentic brand voice in all materials.
  • Foster strong relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors to amplify brand reach and effectiveness.
