About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Software engineer/Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web-based applications. The ideal candidate will be part of our technical team, collaborating closely with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions using PHP, Laravel, , and Vue/React.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and efficient web applications using PHP (Laravel framework), , and front-end frameworks like or React.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Ensure responsiveness and cross-platform optimization of web applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best coding practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  • Work with databases, APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Contribute to deployment pipelines and version control processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA) or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Proficiency in
    PHP, Laravel, ,
    and at least one modern front-end framework or ).
  • Strong knowledge of
    HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
    , and
    RESTful APIs
  • Experience with relational databases (
    MySQL, PostgreSQL
    ) and version control (Git).
  • Familiarity with software development best practices, agile methodologies, and CI/CD.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Awareness of DevOps tools and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Understanding of containerization tools like Docker
  • Basic knowledge of automated testing frameworks.
