Full Stack Developer (AI Agent Development)
*Location: Remote / Hybrid 

Type: Full-time

Experience: Mid to Senior (3+ years preferred)*
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong programming skills and a passion for building next-generation AI agent systems. You'll work closely with our core team to accelerate development through effective task distribution, code maintenance, and refactoring.

This is a hands-on role where your ability to think critically, ask the right questions, and iterate quickly during early "vibe coding" phases will be key to shaping the architecture of innovative AI-driven applications.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement full-stack components for agentic AI applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code across the stack.
  • Take ownership of code maintenance, refactoring, and optimization of existing modules.
  • Contribute to prompt engineering and integrate LLM-based features into the product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into working prototypes and production-ready systems.
  • Work with APIs, databases, and frontend frameworks to build end-to-end solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, , Vue) and backend development (e.g., , FastAPI, Express).
  • Solid understanding of software engineering best practices: testing, version control (Git), and code reviews.
  • Proven experience in code refactoring and maintaining large codebases.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM API integrations (OpenAI, Ollama, Hugging Face, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, iterative environments where specs evolve rapidly.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with AI agent frameworks or related AI tooling.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud/decentralized infrastructure.
  • Exposure to task orchestration or distributed systems.
