Job Title: Loan Officer – Lead Management SystemRole/Functional Area: Tele Sales

Experience Required: 0 – 3 years

  • Roles & Responsibilities:Prospect with suspect leads (individuals undecided about taking a loan).
  • Convert suspects into prospects and eventually customers through:
  • Establishing contact (may involve multiple calls, including beyond office hours).
  • Calling at different times to maximize success.
  • Conducting need analysis.
  • Eligibility profiling.
  • Setting up appointments.
  • Following up with prospects after every meeting with the sales officer until closure.
  • Seek interventions from senior sales resources when required to address customer needs and ensure conversion.
  • Support the sales team in increasing conversions by:
  • Prompt calling of all suspects/prospects.
  • Timely follow-ups.
  • Maintaining cordial and collaborative relationships with the mapped sales officer.
  • Sharing and receiving feedback on performance.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of company products, policies, and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure quality of conversations by adhering to:
  • Accuracy.
  • Strong product knowledge.
  • Effective appraisal skills.
  • Punctuality & adherence to TOS.
  • Meeting TAT commitments.
  • Handle customer objections effectively.
  • Update CRM/software systems with detailed notes so that another person can seamlessly continue the conversation.
  • Generate references through quality interactions and rapport building.
  • Provide market feedback to the supervisor, such as competitor fee structures or customer objections.
  • Desired Candidate Profile:Graduate from any stream / Undergraduate with excellent communication skills and at least 1 year of tele-calling experience.
  • Relevant experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing.
  • Candidates with a banking or insurance background are preferred.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
