Job Title: Junior Sales Executive (Medical Equipment Division)

Location: Vijayawada / Hyderabad

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Compensation: 3 to 5 LPA

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior Sales Executive to join our growing medical equipment sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Critical Care and Radiology/Imaging products in their assigned territory, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell medical devices such as Ventilators, Anesthesia Machines, Ultrasound, and X-ray systems within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and biomedical engineers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and increase market share in the assigned region (Vijayawada or Hyderabad).
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, or Marketing preferred.
  • 35 years of experience in medical device or healthcare equipment sales.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key hospital accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within the assigned city/region.
