Job Title: HR, Admin & Accounts Executive

DIVA Projects is a growing name in residential, commercial, and infrastructure development. We are looking for a dynamic professional who can handle HR, administrative tasks, and accounts support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Manage payroll processing, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Implement HR policies, employee engagement, and grievance handling
Administration:
- Oversee office administration, documentation, and facility management
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support management in office activities
Accounts:
- Assist in accounts payable/receivable and petty cash management
- Support GST, TDS, and invoice documentation with accounts team
- Maintain financial records and support auditing requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Commerce/Business Administration
- 5–8 years of proven experience in HR, admin, and accounts (preferably in construction or related industry)
- Knowledge of statutory compliances, payroll, and HR software
- Strong skills in Tally, MS Excel, and office management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
