Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition :

a) Ensuring recruitment targets are achieved within TAT.

b) Ensuring proper source mix as per organization expectation.

c) Managing complete talent acquisition cycle.

d) Coordinating with various line managers and ensuring smooth functionality of processes.

e) Ensuring proper joining formalities of new candidates.

f) Maintaining accurate HR MIS

g) Branch visit within UP/UK regions on regular basis.

Preferred candidate profile

a) Male Candidates would be preferred.

b) Must be self driven to achieve recruitment targets.

c) Must have good experience in MS Excel.

d) Must have experience in bulk hiring.

e) Proficient in business communication (written and verbal).

f) Must be willing to travel
