Before Surgery

  • Preparation and Stocking:Ensuring all surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies are ready, functioning, and properly sterilized for the procedure.
  • Theatre Setup:Arranging the operating table, lighting, and other surgical apparatus, and maintaining a clean, sterile environment.
  • Patient Preparation:Assisting with the transfer of patients to the operating table and preparing them for the procedure.

During Surgery

  • Instrument and Equipment Management:Acting as the "sterile hands" for the scrubbed surgical team by handing over instruments and supplies as needed.
  • Equipment Operation:Operating and monitoring medical equipment, including lights, monitors, and suction machines.
  • Surgical Team Support:Assisting the surgeon and anesthetist by handling equipment, providing additional tools, and helping with patient positioning.

After Surgery

  • Cleaning and Sterilization:Cleaning and sterilizing all instruments and equipment after use to ensure they are ready for future procedures.
  • Theatre Cleanup:Disposing of waste safely, cleaning the operating room, and preparing it for the next surgery.
  • Patient Recovery:Providing support to patients in the recovery room, including monitoring comfort and assisting with transfer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
