Looking for position for one of the institutes of Symbiosis International University i.e. Symbiosis University Hospital & Research Centre, Lavale, Pune
Hospital is 900 beds NABH Accredited, Multi-super Specialty State of the art hospital. Associated with Symbiosis Medical College for Women
Position- Associate/Jr/ Consultant Critical Care.
Requirement of Qualification and experience :Consultant Critical Care
MD/DNB with IDCCM/IFCCM/EDIC with more than 5 years experience or
DrNB/FNB/DM in Critical Care with more than 3 years experience
Junior Consultant Critical Care
MD/DNB with IDCCM/IFCCM/EDIC with less than 5 years experience
or
DrNB/FNB/DM in Critical Care with less than 3 years experience
Some of key responsibilities mentioned below ;
To carry out independent duties as a Critical Care Physician in a 50 bed state of art ICU with medical and surgical case mix equipped with all life saving facilities
To carry out training for doctors and nursing staff of department
To conduct and maintain the quality and audit records of the department
To carry out high value research and publications
To drive academic programs at SMCW-SUHRC
To function as a team with HOD and peers and colleagues
To conduct staff programs to prevent burnout
To ensure compliance with norms established by Govt of Maharashtra and India.
To do duties in a shift system for 48 hours per week
Payment is not constraint for right candidate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹2.00 per month
