Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee planning and execution of Business strategy for Trade sales and work towards ensuring achievement of sales target for the assigned state(s)
  • Responsible for increasing market penetration and maintaining good relations with the distributors and retailers and addressing any issues pertaining to them
  • Plan and ensure implementation of state level strategy to increase trade sales, in alignment with the organization strategy
  • Formulate weekly sales plans with B2C strategy for every district and ensure compliance
  • Provide sales related data/ inputs to the stakeholders with an aim to ensure alignment between sales and other related areas for effective performance and decision making
  • Collaborate with Marketing, BD and Technical Support Teams to effectively implement trade sales strategies and achieve desired results
  • Monitor fluctuations in sales targets and take preventive / corrective measures with an aim to achieve sales targets
  • Work to ensure reliable relationships with key customers for sustainable returns
  • Responsible for output realization, target forecasting for the products and ensure steady growth in the market share for the same
  • Encourage active feedback from the customers in order to improve on the quality of the manufactured product
  • Gauge customer needs and formulate sales strategies to capture those needs timely
  • Monitor and ensure complete control over availability of material at respective locations
  • Ensure initiation and sensitization of the employees towards digitization and automation of the processes
  • Review and monitor performance of team members and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs
