Role Overview

As a
Technical Project Manager
, you will own the planning, execution, and delivery of mission-critical trading software. You'll drive timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure technical soundness, and keep sprints unblocked. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who blends
technical knowledge

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prioritize, and distribute tasks across dev teams with clarity.
  • Ensure
    technical feasibility
    and streamline delivery timelines.
  • Own
    scrum meetings
    , sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Track delivery progress using PM tools (JIRA/Notion/Trello).
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risks, and proactively resolve blockers.
  • Coordinate closely with engineers, quants, and leadership for alignment.
  • Ensure quality of releases with rigorous reviews and real-time feedback.
  • Champion documentation, workflows, and engineering best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a
    technical role
    (developer, analyst, QA, infra) with 1+ years of project/team management experience.
  • Solid understanding of
    SDLC
    , version control, CI/CD, and modern dev practices.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication (written + verbal) and team coordination.
