About the Role

We are looking for an
experienced Senior Software Engineer (Java)
who is passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with the latest technologies, and mentoring others. You will play a key part in
designing cloud-native applications, shaping system architecture, and guiding the development team
to deliver high-quality solutions that impact thousands of users.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain
    enterprise-level applications
    using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
  • Design and implement
    cloud-native microservices
    on AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, DynamoDB, etc.).
  • Build and integrate
    RESTful and GraphQL APIs
    and work with real-time data pipelines (Kafka).
  • Apply
    secure coding practices
    to ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA standards.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers through
    code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance
    .
  • Collaborate with
    product managers, designers, and global teams
    to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance using tools like Datadog and Splunk.
  • Drive best practices in
    CI/CD, DevOps, and automation
    using Jenkins, Docker, and Git.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years
    of professional experience in Java development, with expertise in
    Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    SQL & NoSQL databases
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    TDD and automated testing frameworks
    (JUnit, Cucumber, WireMock, JMeter).
  • Exposure to
    CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    application security and data privacy standards
    .
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Bonus:
    AWS certification or advanced technical certifications.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in
    financial services, retail, or other highly regulated industries
    .
  • Familiarity with
    ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and compliance frameworks
    .
  • Exposure to
