Position: Manager - Corporate Strategy

Location: Hyderabad

Role and Responsibilities

The role supports the planning and execution of Cyient DLMs growth strategy in assigned horizontal/vertical focus areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop a clear understanding of industry trends, market demand and competitive positioning in Cyient DLMs focus areas
  • Monitor market landscape to produce competitive intelligence, develop insights on competitor strategy/activity by industry, geography and portfolio
  • Analyze industries/micro verticals to identify opportunities that align with Cyient DLMs core competence (where to play);
  • Understand existing capabilities and differentiators to help develop a capability roadmap, service offerings, value propositions and routes to market (how to win)
  • Evaluate new areas to enter based on market size and opportunities, growth potential and competitive presence
  • Support business units in strategy execution, measure outcomes, and consolidate performance metrics

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • 7 years of experience ideally in management consulting, technology or services industry with focus on strategy formulation and execution
  • MBA (preferred) or engineering degree from a reputed institution
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, business acumen and financial grounding
  • Strong interpersonal and influence skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • High energy, self-driven and result-oriented individual, ability to work across borders and cultures
