About the Role

Zyter TruCare is setting up an India-based Sales & Proposal Hub to support our U.S. Strategy & Transformation team. We're looking for a Manager who can lead the end-to-end proposal process — from understanding RFPs to creating winning, client-ready submissions.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, storytelling, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the full proposal process — from intake to final submission.
  • Work with global teams (sales, delivery, and solutioning) to build compelling, client-focused proposals.
  • Develop strong, persuasive narratives that highlight our value and differentiation.
  • Support pricing, contracting, and documentation alignment.
  • Maintain a proposal knowledge base — templates, case studies, and visuals.
  • Oversee proposal operations — timelines, reviews, and process improvements.
  • Mentor junior team members to ensure quality and consistency.

What You'll Bring

  • 8–18 years in proposal management, pre-sales, or strategy consulting (preferably in healthcare or tech).
  • Proven experience managing complex proposals and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of pricing, RFP processes, and compliance workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare (payer/provider) market is a plus.
