  • Setup & Operation:

  • Set up and operate 3-axis CNC machines, ensuring optimal machine performance and adherence to design specifications.

  • Prepare tools, fixtures, and materials required for machining operations.

  • Precision Machining:

  • Machine high-precision customized parts based on technical drawings and specifications.

  • Conduct inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.

  • GD&T Interpretation:

  • Interpret and work with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) as per engineering drawings.

  • Quality Assurance:

  • Inspect completed parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometres, callipers, CMM) to ensure adherence to tight tolerances.

  • Document and report any discrepancies or issues.

  • Maintenance:

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.

  • Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with the engineering team to resolve machining challenges and optimize processes.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in CNC setup and operation, focusing on high-precision machining.
  • Mandatory experience with 3-axis CNC machines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
