Job Description:

Mandatory skills
- RPG, AS 400, IBM iSeries

7 –15 years of hands-on experience in RPG development on IBM i (AS/400) systems.

Proven experience in leading development teams and managing project deliverables.

Strong background in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Experience in working with global teams and managing offshore/onsite coordination.

Exposure to modernisation projects and integration with web services or APIs is a plus.

Technical Skills

Languages: RPG IV, RPG ILE, Free Format RPG, CL, SQL/400

Tools & Utilities: SEU, RDi, PDM, SDA, DFU, Query/400

Database: DB2/400

Version Control: Aldon, Turnover, or similar tools

Integration: Web services (SOAP/REST), XML, JSON (preferred)

Other Skills: Job scheduling (Robot/Scheduler or equivalent), performance tuning, debugging tools
