The Manager Community Programs will be the key member of the incubator team, who will success of the programs aimed to build innovation and entrepreneurship capability and capacity among the chosen 'Community' of ACIC-BMU.

The responsibilities include:

  • Designing and execution of the programs aimed at women, students, and SME enterprises.
  • Scale up of programs through geographical expansion and deeper engagement with community groups around the center; looking for new partnerships and growth opportunities.
  • Promoting the incubator through participating in outreach activities and events to promote the incubator and its activities.
  • Creating tools and systems to support the beneficiaries of the programs.
  • Tracking and monitoring the progress of the beneficiaries; and measuring the social and economic impacts of the programs.
  • Fund raising through partnerships with corporates, government agencies, and other entities that share the similar objectives.
  • Supporting early stage entrepreneurs by providing 'pre-incubation', including idea validation/refining, mentoring, prototyping and business fundamentals.
  • Managing communication by facilitating communication among the target groups and program partners.
  • Analyzing data and trends to improve business performance.
  • Evaluating new concepts: Evaluating and implementing new concepts and technologies to accelerate business development.
