We are looking for experienced and high-performing Senior Career Counsellors who are excellent in consultative sales and can handle high ticket-size products. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who can guide students and working professionals toward the right educational path and convert leads into successful enrollments.

Role Overview:

- Job Title: Senior Career Counsellor

  • Salary: 6 LPA Fixed + 1.5 LPA Performance-Based Variable (Total Budget: 7.5 LPA)
  • Location: Noida / Bangalore (Work from Office)
  • Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Fixed Sunday Off)
  • Shift: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls/leads for students and professionals looking to upskill.
  • Understand the learners profile, requirements, and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs.
  • Use a consultative approach to drive conversions for high-ticket size courses.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure a smooth end-to-end sales process.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team for feedback and improvements.

Compensation:

  • CTC: 6 LPA Fixed + 1.5 LPA Performance-Based Variable (Total Budget: 7.5 LPA)
