About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – HR to manage the full employee lifecycle — from Hire to Retire — covering Tech Hiring, HR Operations, and HR Business Partnering. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with leadership and play a key part in shaping our people culture and growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (Tech Hiring):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology and support functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure timely closures.
- Source and attract high-quality talent through various channels (portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage pre-onboarding and onboarding activities for new hires.
HR Operations:
- Manage complete employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams for salary inputs and attendance records.
- Oversee leave, attendance, and employee documentation.
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management.
HR Business Partnering:
- Partner with business teams to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Conduct employee engagement and retention programs.
- Support the performance management process including goal setting and reviews.
- Identify learning and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 47 years of hands-on HR experience across Tech Hiring, HR Operations, and HRBP roles.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools / HRIS systems.
