Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant, located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily HR operations, including handling HRIS, assisting in HR management activities, administering employee benefits, and coordinating training sessions. The role involves maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination
  • Assist in employee onboarding and documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records (both physical and digital)
  • Track attendance, leave applications, and prepare related reports
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, processes, and benefits
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (Freshers may apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience in Hotel Management will be a plus.
