The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, supporting the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, handling reconciliations, and assisting with reporting. This role ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations, contributing to the smooth operation of the financial department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update accounting records and files.
  • Process and record financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, etc.).
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).
  • Generate invoices and follow up with clients for payments.
  • Prepare tax returns and assist with tax audits.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Liaise with auditors, vendors, and other departments as required.
  • Assist with payroll processing, if applicable.

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
