About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and maintaining client relationships. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outbound activities.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize lead generation and client retention strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
