Role & responsibilities:

  • Counsel prospective students/professionals and advise them about the best course as per their career interests.
  • Help students / professionals recognize and achieve their career goals, primarily at the postsecondary level
  • Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails, chat, WhatsApp and face to face meetings.
  • Regular tele- calling with Whatsapp, Email and SMS Marketing
  • Participate in educational events, college fairs, information sessions and recruitment activities as a representative of the College.
  • Work as the point person to manage the admission process of students.
  • Deal with prospective Leads and converting them into admissions.
  • Responsible for achieving targets for the center.
  • Maintain regular communication with students & parents for coordinating admission activities and addressing the concerns.

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of Animation, Vfx industry
  • Inherent ability to have engaging conversations.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Automation tools for Whatsapp Marketing, SMS and email marketing
  • Knowledge of Generative AI
  • Good spoken English, Kannada, Hindi and other Indian languages is an advantage

Experience :


1 to 3 years in similar role is preferred
