Generate reports and analytics to identify trends and improvement areas. Stay current with Salesforce releases and enhancements, especially related to CPQ. Maintain documentation for CPQ processes, configurations, and user training materials. Ideal Candidate Profile: 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ implementation and configuration. Strong understanding of quoting and pricing processes within a sales environment. Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud with proven experience in sales process management. Excellent problem -solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast -paced environment. Salesforce CPQ certification is mandatory.
