- ROLEPURPOSE & OBJECTIVE
CADofficer responsible for conducting quality check of filessubmitted for disbursement and shall ensure the files meets allthe criteria to get disbursement. Ensurethorough verification and quality check of executed loan documentsonce submitted from Sales and dispatch them for disbursement atminimal TAT. Ensures theterms and conditions stipulated in the sanction letter arecompiled before initiating disbursement

Tomanage approx. 50 crore of disbursement under secured asset bookof Rural Banking
Tomanage files from 40-50 branches of a region and co-ordinate withnearly 15-20 credit officers
KEYDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Business
- PostDisbursement Quality check of all the Kisan Pragati Card, KisanSuvidha Loan and any other new products getting launched underRural banking
- Ensuretimely processing and recommendation to Operations for loanbooking
- Ensuresthe terms and conditions stipulated in the sanction letter arecomplied before initiating disbursement
- Dispatchof files to the Operations Hub for loan accountcreation/disbursement, handling of queries raised by operationsand resolving them through co-ordination with branch
- Ensureall the documents as per the product guidelines areobtained/arranged in the files before initiating account openingprocess
- BackendCIBIL or Equifax/High Mark Bureau report generation on therequest of Field Team
- EnsureQuality approvals and error free processing of forms (FIFO basis)in line with regular business requirement.
- Mustensure the underwriting quality on a comprehensive approach byescalating where ever breach of guidelines of respective product
- Extendbackup and support for PD in absence of credit officer field
- Impartingtraining to the Distribution team of Rural banking/microfinanceon the KPC, Agri composite loans, and other assigned products onthe proposal flow in QC and common errors observed during QC
- ConductLoan Utilization Checks for the recent disbursement cases as perpolicy.
- Ensureto participate and drive the successful implementation oftechnology based projects at backend and field
- Responsiblefor handling the vendor bills viz., advocate bills, technicalvaluers bills etc.
- Engagein collections for recovery, follow up for Incremental overduesand non-starters
- Tohandle tranche disbursements/ sub limit disbursements as persanction terms and conditions
- Responsiblefor collection and tracking of AODs from branches and updating itin system through Operations team
Customer
- Ensurescustomer satisfaction by processing of loan applications withinthe TAT defined
- Branchvisits and monitor policy and process implementation on field.
- SampleField visits for end use verification of funds for the disbursedaccounts
- Queriesraised or Technical errors raised by Branches/field staff/otherdepartments (Distribution/SQ/Audit/IT) are resolved in a timelymanner
- Undertakevisits in other financial institutions for timely resolution ofissues relating customer or staffs of other institution
- Engagewith customer for any feedback on the products, policy andprocess
- Addresscustomer requests such as NDC on account of loan closure, anyother requests related to property documents, crop insurancedeclaration letters etc.
Internalprocess
- RobustQC at backend-Checking the availability of all the documents asper the Kisan Pragati Card/ KSL checklist both in terms ofpre-sanction and post sanction documents
- Sharecritical findings & instances of policy/process violationidentified with supervisor
- Ensurecompleteness of post disbursement documents, follow up for ifgaps any
- Ensurethat the Issue/ deviations / policy/ process violation areescalated appropriately to the concerned department andsupervisors for implementation of penalty matrix.
- Attendaudit closure meetings to understand identified issues & takenecessary corrective measures.
- Tofallow up and collect the pending post disbursement documentsthrough a tracker
- Tomaintain MIS on Crop Insurance data, tracker on backend creditperformance with respect to in TAT and out TAT etc.
- Tomaintain MIS on the vendor bill (Legal & technical) processedmonth on month and resolving the issues/escalations pertaining tothe same
- Handholdingand Assistance to Credit Officers in controlling their Errorrates. Error Reports for all such Credit Officers should beshared with them and concerned managers every month.
- Responsiblefor instructing and execution of any sanction terms such asnetting off/ account transfer/ DD issuance to the vendor etc.
- Shouldinteract and establish co-ordination with all the stake holdersfor smooth functioning of business
- Tomanage back end process related to security updation in LMS andLOS, periodical revaluation of the properties as per bankscollateral management policy
- Tomanage and support collections by coordinating for issuance ofvarious notices and to provide the update on legal actionsinitiated on default customers.
- Toensure AOD is being obtained for all the customers as per definedtimelines.

- Maintainup to date knowledge of all the products and the geography
- Timelycompletion of E-Learning module in Swayam, handy train, HelloEnglish etc.
- Upgradeself and branch team about changes happening in the market
- Newproducts being introduced and new systems being adopted to belearnt quickly and to be adopted.
- Keepupdated with SLBC / DLC meetings & annual reports forinformation on investment on different types of crops for KCC /Agri limits. Keep abreast with ongoing farming operations in thefield & market.
- Networkingwith other NBFCs / Banks to have a deeper understanding of theIndustry and its perspectives
- ClearAnnual Certification Test and Test Score of internal assignments
- Ensurenecessary feedback is given to supervisors on regular basis aboutthe credit policies, processes and systems for effective andefficient underwriting
- Improvethe probing skills to identify any issues in the field and reportcritical findings / observations for necessary action.
- Workin close co-ordination with team members, participate indiscussion to improve back-end processes and activities

Educational
Qualifications
- Graduationor Post Graduation Preferably in Agriculture, Agri BusinessManagement, Rural Management etc.
Experience(Yearsand Core Experience Type)
- 2-4years of experience preferably in Agri Operations or Credit orsales of any financial products
