Associate Salesforce Developer

Pune Kalyani Nagar – Full-time, In-office

Probation Period:
3 Months

Schedule:
US Hours/ EST Shifts pm IST to 2.00 am IST

Job Description (JD):


• Perform daily development and administrative tasks assigned via Trello.


• Develop and customize solutions using
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL
, and
REST/SOAP APIs
.


• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and deployment strategies.


• Manage deployments and version control using
Salesforce DevOps Center
.


• Provide occasional desktop IT support to internal employees.

Key Requirements:


• Minimum
1 year of experience
in Salesforce Administration and Development.


•
Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications
preferred.


• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features, architecture, and integrations.


• Proficiency in
Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs
.


• Familiarity with DevOps practices and Salesforce DevOps Center.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
