We are seeking a qualified and dynamic EHS Trainer and Auditor to deliver Environment, Health &

Safety training programs, conduct safety audits, and support incident investigations across client sites.

The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of EHS standards and the ability to mentor and develop other trainers while managing end-to-end training and audit deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct EHS trainings across industrial, corporate, and educational sites pan India.

● Perform EHS audits and ensure compliance with safety standards.

● Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.

● Develop and update training content as per current EHS norms.

● Maintain training schedules, records, and feedback.

● Train and mentor new EHS trainers.

● Enhance skills of existing trainers through practical modules.

● Prepare and share audit and training reports.

● Resolve trainer queries and provide ongoing support.

● Represent the company in corporate EHS presentations.

Requirements
:

● Diploma in Industrial Safety (mandatory); additional EHS certifications (like NEBOSH, ISO 45001)

preferred.

● Proven knowledge and experience in EHS training delivery, safety audits, and incident

investigations.

● Excellent presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.

● Willingness to travel extensively across India.

● Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

● Ability to manage and guide a team of trainers.
