Maximum Salary to be offered upto 4.5 LPA

About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in Retail, Distribution, Business Development, or Project Sales within the Paints or Building Materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales volume and value targets for the assigned territory
- Ensure effective market execution and brand visibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with painters, dealers, and customers
- Handle distribution and channel sales efficiently
- Develop and manage project sales pipelines
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months to 2.5 years of experience in Retail, Distribution, Business Development, or Project Sales
- Prior experience in Paints or Building Materials industry preferred.
- Must possess a Graduate Degree
- Ownership of a two-wheeler is mandatory
- Good understanding of local markets and nearby regions.
