Role & responsibilities

In this role, you will work within our team and will be working with a US based client. The deliverables would include:

  • Processing AP invoices in for the parent company and its subsidiaries on a daily basis.
  • Creating fixed assets in the ERP Accounting Software.
  • Preparing monthly cash reconciliations as part of month-end closing activities.
  • Booking monthly lease rentals, loan payables, and related journal entries in the ERP system.
  • Posting amortization entries accurately into the ERP software.
  • Importing CSV-based intercompany journal entries into the ERP software on a weekly basis.
  • Creating new vendor records in the accounting software, as required.
  • Complying with IT policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining security of information at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Accounting softwares – NetSuite and
  • Flexible with work timings to ensure smooth coordination with a foreign-based client operating in US Mountain Time.
  • Well-versed in preparing financial statements as per Schedule III of the Companies Act and IFRS guidelines.
