About Store Support

Manhattan Store Applications Support provides Level 1 support for proprietary store

applications, ensuring proactive issue identification, seamless escalation, and integration

with higher-level support teams.

Job Summary

Responsible for providing first-level support for POS software used in retail stores,

including troubleshooting software/hardware/network issues, guiding store associates,

documenting cases, and escalating as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats related to Printer software.
  • Troubleshoot application-level and store device integration issues.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance for software and procedural issues.
  • Document interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM.
  • Follow up on open issues and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Escalate to Level 2/3 when required.
  • Stay updated on POS product updates and processes.
  • Meet performance metrics (AHT, SLA, CSAT).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BCA, BSc) or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years in customer service/call center/software troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting U.S. clients.
  • Strong verbal/written English (clear communication & U.S. accent comprehension).
  • POS support experience preferred.
  • Familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Basic troubleshooting: desktop, tablet, network, peripherals (printers, scanners).
  • French/Spanish proficiency is a plus.
