Your Learning Journey: First 90 Days
To ensure your success, we offer a structured 3-month onboarding program:
- Month 1: Classroom Training by Global Experts
Receive in-depth product training, sales techniques, and solutioning insights from experienced overseas Yale trainers. - Months 2 & 3: On-the-Job Training (OJT)
Shadow senior sales leaders, engage with real clients, and gradually take ownership of sales opportunities under mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent ElectroMech-Yale at trade shows, corporate events, and client meetings.
- Identify and engage new prospects in warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing sectors.
- Conduct detailed customer need analysis and recommend appropriate lift truck solutions.
- Build and demonstrate deep knowledge of Yales product portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals.
- Maintain up-to-date sales funnel and reports on CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and after-sales support.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.
